金豚食堂の焼肉か迷って
ソウル新羅ホテル内にあるレストラン“La Yeon”に行ってみました
ミシュラン２つ星の伝統的な韓国料理です

ホテルのロビーにあるパク・ソンギ氏のクリスタルアートがきらめいて美しい！
天の川を形象化した作品だそう

レストランからは南山ソウルタワーが見えます
お料理は繊細で美しく美味しく、こんな韓国料理は初めてでした

このホテルには泊まってないのだけど、今度は宿泊もしてみたいです

I visited "La Yeon," a restaurant located inside the Shilla Hotel Seoul.
It's a traditional Korean restaurant with two Michelin stars.

The crystal art by Park Sung-ki in the hotel lobby is sparkling and
beautiful!
It's a work that symbolizes the Milky Way.

We could see Namsan Seoul Tower from the restaurant.

The food was delicate, beautiful, and delicious; it was my first time experiencing Korean cuisine like this.

【 Staying at second home of Taiwan star台湾のスターの別荘に泊まりました】

…って、スターと知り合いでもなんでもありません。
ザックス・ワンとジー・チンという台湾のスター夫妻（知らないんですが）が台湾・宜蘭（イーラン）に別荘として建てた家を民泊にされています。

建築が凝っていて、私達が泊まったお部屋にはブランコが２つありました。
海と亀山島が見えて絶景！

朝食が海鮮のお粥と数品のおかず。
質素に見えますが、これが奥深い味で美味しかったです。
カフェもされていて、コーヒーも美味しかったです。

...I'm not friend with any of the stars, by the way.
Taiwanese star couple (whom I don't know), built a vacation home in Yilan, Taiwan, and have turned it into a guesthouse.

The architecture is elaborate, and the room we stayed in had two swings.
The view of the sea and Guishan Island was very nice!

Breakfast was seafood congee and several side dishes.
It looked simple, but it had a deep, rich flavor and was delicious.
They also have a cafe, and the coffee was delicious.

台湾・台中の
ホテルみたいなお菓子店

台北の人気店but we love butterの２号店です
台中も人気で整理券を貰って入場しました
エシレバターを使ったクッキーの試食をいただいて、不思議おしゃれな空間を楽しめるユニークなお店です
クッキーとっても美味しくてお土産にも良いです

洋服店みたいな台北のお店は行ったことなくて、今度絶対行ってみたい！

A hotel-like confectionery shop in Taichung, Taiwan

This is the second branch of the popular Taipei shop, but we love butter.
It's also popular in Taichung, and we had to get a numbered ticket to enter.
We were given a sample of cookies made with Echire butter, and it's a unique shop where you can enjoy a strangely stylish space.
The cookies are delicious and make great souvenirs.

I've never been to the Taipei store that looks like a clothing store, but I definitely want to go next time!

韓国　ソウル　景福宮

ソウルのシンボル名所
韓国をほとんど観光したことがなくて、初めて行ってみました

朝鮮王朝の王宮として使われた建造物で、東京ドーム約10個分の広さの中にたくさんの文化財があります。

着くとちょうど守門将交代の儀式が始まったので、見てみました
朝鮮王朝時代の王宮で門の開閉や警備をしていたスムングン(守門軍)の儀式を再現しているそうです。
韓国の建物も儀式も見れて新鮮でした。

儀式を見ていたら、中に入る時間がなくなってしまいました💦
見学2時間くらいはかかりそうなので。
ま、韓国はすぐ行けそうなので、今度ゆっくり見たいと思います。

Seoul's iconic landmark
I've hardly ever toured Korea, so this was my first visit.

It's a building that was used as the royal palace of the Joseon Dynasty, and it contains many cultural artifacts within an area roughly the size of 10 Tokyo Domes.

When I arrived, the changing of the guard ceremony was just beginning, so I watched it.

Apparently, it's a recreation of the ceremony performed by the Sumungun (guards) who were responsible for opening and closing the gates and providing security at the royal palace during the Joseon Dynasty.

📍Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, Korea
韓国　フォーシーズンズホテルソウル

韓国のシンボル名所「景福宮」を見下ろすお部屋に泊まることになりました♪
PM2.5でしょうか？ずいぶん空気が霞んでいたのがちょっと残念でしたが、すばらしい眺めでした

ロビーにはニコライバーグマンのフラワーアートがあって素敵です。

クラブラウンジ、朝食のレベルも高くて美味しかったです。
朝食ビュッフェはすごいバラエティで、朝からチョコレートファウンテンなんかもありました！

I ended up staying in a room overlooking Gyeongbokgung Palace, a symbol of Korea.
Maybe it was PM2.5? It was a bit disappointing that the air was quite hazy, but the view was amazing.

The lobby was beautiful with Nicolai Bergmann's floral art.

The club lounge and breakfast were both delicious.
The breakfast buffet had an incredible variety, and even had a chocolate fountain in the morning!
